¿TENGO QUE PAGAR LA CUOTA DE LA ESCUELA INFANTIL?

Todo esto está muy bien y estoy de acuerdo, pero tanto la comunidad de Madrid, la administración, los medios de comunicación nos han etiquetado como guarderías y no hay nadie oficial que salga a desmentirlo ni a decir esto. Un Telediario en maxima audiencia tiene más poder ante los padres que escuchan que no deben pagar la cuota y eso nos desprestigia ante todos. Si hay un porcentaje que valora el trabajo que hacemos y nuestros padres nos lo están demostrando. Deberíamos firmar un escrito TODAS las escuelas, no se si el de change. Org u otro que sea por otro sistema… Pero Unidas las escuelas para poder conseguir por lo menos que se tetracten en el término guardería y nos pongan como decís ahí muy bien, en lo que somos. RESISTIREMOS!!!

las ayudas a los padres que van directamente a las guarderías, aún no las han quitado en muchas comunidades y las van a seguir recibiendo, eso ya me parece una discriminación con respecto a otros autónomos o pymes que no tienen esa ayuda en estos momentos.

Parece que cuando interesa pertenecen al sector educativo público y cuando no interesa al privado … como cualquier autónomo o Pyme se pueden acoger a las ayudas que el Gobierno a puesto en marcha por el problema que vivimos.

¿no les interesa lo que dice FACUA al respecto?, claramente dice que no hay que pagar estas cuotas si las guarderías no ofrecen el servicio y tal y como dicen FACUA tienen relación directa con el Gobierno y no creo que lo digan por decir.

Perdonar , pero aquí os acogeis a lo que queréis cuando os interesa, o bien sois privadas o bien públicas.
Evidentemente si no se da un servicio no se puede cobrar, no entiendo cómo estáis diciendo estás barbaridades, me juego lo que querías que vosotras no vais a abonar nada de lo que no vais a disfrutar,está claro que queréis salvar vuestro negocio ,pero hay determinadas ayudas, como ERTEs y una cuota de autónomos porque os han cerrado los centros, más en vuestra comunidad tambien os van a facilitar ayudas.Yo soy autónoma mi negocio esta cerrado y desgraciadamente no puedo acceder a las ayudas que vosotr@s SI, mi pareja le acaban de despedir por esta crisis , evidentemente con lo poco que tenemos pagaremos el alquiler de casa de primera necesidad , la luz , el agua y comeremos,ahora vuestro servicio no es de primera necesidad, porque los niños los estamos cuidando y enseñando nosotros y evidentemente no voy a pagar un servicio del que no me van a dar, y si tengo que sacar a mi hijo cuando todo vuelva lo sacaré y como yo, piensan muchas mamás, un poco de soliradidad es lo que os falta y no mirar tanto por vosotr@s.

Entiendo lo que dice en cuanto a la regulación específica por las respectivas CCAA en el ámbito educativo y aclarado el concepto de centro educativo infantil.
Sin embargo, a nivel económico si bien yo al menos no conozco una regulación para este tipo de centros, no queda otra que acogerse al régimen que aplica para cualquier otra autónomo o Pyme.
En este caso, como les decía antes, ¿qué ocurrirá con las subvenciones autonómicas y locales que muchos de estos centros han recibido y que debido al cese de actividad no tienen sentido?
Si yo fuera empresario y recibiera una subvención de un tercero por una actividad que no puedo realizar, esperaría por parte de la administración que me reclamará esa ayuda recibida.

Aún así, entiendo su situación y también creo que cuando pase todo esto, los niños seguirán necesitando guarderías a las que ir y más que nunca serán necesarias para que el resto podamos hacer nuestro trabajo.
