El pasado 4 de diciembre se publicó la Orden HAC/1154/2020, de 27 de octubre, por la que se modifican la Orden HAC/1400/2018, de 21 de diciembre, por la que se aprueba el modelo 233.
Esta orden incorpora algunas novedades que os presentamos a continuación. Básicamente, la mecánica de cumplimentación y presentación es la misma que en los años anteriores. Suponemos que a partir del 1 de enero tendremos disponible en la página de la agencia tributaria el nuevo modelo.

Novedades para el 2020 en el modelo 233 de “Declaración informativa por gastos en guarderías o centros de educación infantil autorizados”
a) Información del declarante.
En este ejercicio ya no existe el campo “Autorización del Centro” dentro de los Datos del Declarante, ya que deberá ser informado para cada uno de los registros declarados tal y como se describe a continuación.
b) Información de los declarados.
Dentro de cada registro declarado habrá que informar los campos relativos a la autorización de la guardería o centro educativo:
“Autorización del Centro”. autorización expedida por la administración educativa competente.
“CCAA”. Se consignará el código correspondiente de la CCAA u organismo que ha expedido la autorización del centro, según la siguiente relación:

“Fecha fin autorización”. (opcional) En caso de que la autorización haya perdido validez a lo largo del ejercicio, se consignará la fecha en la que pierde validez. En otro caso este campo se dejará en blanco.
“NIF Titular autorización”. (opcional) En caso de que el declarante sea una entidad de derecho público, se consignará el NIF del titular de la autorización, en el caso de que este fuera diferente del NIF del declarante. (aparecerá bloqueado y no se dejará cumplimentar en el caso de que el NIF del declarante (tipo de registro 1) sea una persona física o una persona jurídica de derecho privado (por ejemplo, S.A, S.L.
